2. Services
elaixir provides B2B outbound services, including ICP research, list building, copywriting, personalized outreach assets, sending infrastructure and reporting. The concrete scope, deliverables, timelines and pricing of any engagement are defined in an individual written agreement or statement of work between us and the client, not by this website.
3. No offer, no guarantee via this website

Any performance-related commitment (including meeting targets and associated pricing terms) is agreed individually, in writing, per engagement, based on the client's specific situation.
4. Booking and consultations
Booking a call via this website is free and non-binding for both sides. Information you submit in the booking funnel is used to prepare for the conversation (see the Privacy Policy).
5. Payment
Fees, invoicing schedule and payment terms are set out in the individual engagement agreement. Unless agreed otherwise there, invoices are due within 14 days of the invoice date.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this website (text, design, graphics, animations, code) is our property or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without permission. Rights to deliverables created during an engagement are governed by the engagement agreement.
7. Acceptable use
You may not misuse this website, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, or use content from it to send unsolicited communications.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this website. Liability within client engagements is governed by the engagement agreement.

We may update these terms at any time; the version published on this page applies. Material changes to active engagements are handled per the engagement agreement.
